Agreement to These Terms

By booking a session, purchasing a gift card, or otherwise using this website, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them before you book. If anything here doesn't make sense, contact me before your first session.

Nature of Hypnosis Services

Hypnosis is a relaxed, meditative state of focused attention that uses guided imagery and suggestions to create positive change.

Hypnosis is not medical treatment, and it is not psychological or psychiatric treatment. I am not a physician, psychologist, or licensed mental health provider. My sessions do not replace the medical or mental health care you receive elsewhere, and they do not diagnose or treat any medical or psychiatric condition.

I do not guarantee a specific result. What one client experiences is not a promise of what you will experience.

Who Can Book

You must be 18 or older to book a session. If you're 16 or 17 and want to book for anxiety or a phobia, I can see you with written permission from a parent or guardian.

Not for Emergencies

My services are not a crisis or emergency response resource. If you are in crisis or facing a medical or psychiatric emergency, call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room.

Your Responsibilities as a Client

You are responsible for giving me accurate information about your health and history when I ask. Hypnosis sessions do not replace, and are not a reason to stop, any medical or psychological treatment or medication a licensed provider has prescribed to you. Continue that care unless your provider tells you otherwise.

Discovery Call

Every new client begins with a free, twenty-minute discovery call. This is how we determine whether hypnosis is right for you, explore what you're dealing with and what you want to resolve or improve, and give you a chance to meet me and decide if you want to proceed. I don't see brand-new clients for paid sessions without first doing this discovery call. I don't want to waste your time or money if we're not a good fit.

Payment & No-Refund Policy

All sessions and session packages are paid in advance and are non-refundable. This applies to all paid sessions following your free discovery call. When you enroll in a program or book a single session, you're investing in your own progress. I put work and organization into preparing your sessions before you arrive, so this policy reflects that commitment.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

I understand that life happens. Emergencies and unexpected circumstances pop up, and I handle them with flexibility.

• First cancellation or no-show: If an emergency arises before your first paid session, I'll reschedule you at no cost. The payment stands, and we find a new time that works.
• Second cancellation or no-show: If you cancel or don't show a second time, I keep the full amount. You are no longer entitled to a refund or a rescheduled session. We do not reset the appointment.

Exceptions

Rare circumstances exist that fall outside this policy—serious illness, family emergencies, or unforeseen hardship. If something happens that you believe warrants an exception, reach out, and we can discuss it. But these exceptions are genuinely rare, and I tend to apply this policy fairly strictly.

Confidentiality

What you share with me in session is confidential. I don't share it with anyone else without your consent, except where I'm required to by law. For more detail on how I handle your information, see my Privacy Policy.

Zoom Sessions

When your sessions are conducted over Zoom, you'll need a private, uninterrupted space and a stable internet connection. I'm not responsible for a session that's disrupted by a technical failure on your end or mine, though I'll do what I can to reschedule if that happens.

Right to Refuse or Discontinue Service

I can decline to work with someone or end an ongoing client relationship at my discretion—for example, if I determine your situation is outside what hypnosis or my scope of practice can address. If that happens, I'll tell you why and, where appropriate, suggest another kind of provider.

Limitation of Liability

My liability to you for any claim related to these services is limited to the amount you paid me for the session or program in question. I'm not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Intellectual Property

The content on this website belongs to me. You may not copy, redistribute, or resell it without my written permission.

Any recording I provide you from your own session belongs to you, not me. I may keep a copy for my own marketing use, but only after asking your permission first.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Changes to These Terms

I may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on this page is the current one. By continuing to use this website or book sessions after a change means you accept the updated terms.
