Jane Sherwood Hypnosis respects your privacy. This policy explains what information I collect when you visit my website or work with me, how I use it, and how I protect it.

• Health and personal information shared during hypnosis consultation sessions.
• Website data: basic analytics such as pages visited, browser type, and approximate location, collected through cookies and similar tools.

How I use it

• To schedule and conduct your sessions
• To process payments
• To send appointment reminders and respond to inquiries
• To improve my website and services

Who I share it with

I do not sell your information. I share limited information only with trusted service providers who help me run my practice:

• Scheduling: GoDaddy
• Video sessions: Zoom
• Payment processing: GoDaddy
• Email service: Outlook / GoDaddy
• Website hosting and analytics: GoDaddy / Google Analytics

I may disclose information when required by law or to prevent imminent harm.

Confidentiality of sessions

What you share in your discovery call and hypnosis sessions is confidential. I do not discuss client cases with anyone without your written consent, except as required by law.

How long will I keep your information

I retain client records for as long as you are an active client and for approximately 10 years afterward. You may request deletion at any time, subject to any legal requirements.

•  When anyone reaches out via SMS for the first time, they are automatically sent the following opt-in message. Thanks for reaching out to Jane Sherwood Hypnosis. Please reply YES to confirm you're willing to receive texts from us. NOTE: This is a GoDaddy client that has the same opt-in flow as other approved campaigns, and the opt-in does not occur on a website. 

Text Messaging 

By contacting us via SMS with your mobile number, you consent to receive customer care text messages from Sherwood Concepts, LLC. Msg&Data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Text HELP for help. Reply "STOP" at any time to opt out. 

SMS opt-in data will not be shared or sold to third parties for marketing purposes.

Security

I use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, but no system is fully secure. Please join online sessions from a private connection.

Children

My services are for adults 18 and older. I do not knowingly collect information from minors without parental consent.

Changes

I may update this policy. The "last updated" date above reflects the most recent version.
