Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique (QHHT) is a deep-trance hypnosis method developed by Dolores Cannon, in which the practitioner guides the client to a past life to understand the cause of issues they are experiencing in this life and to communicate with the subconscious to receive healing and answers to any questions they may have. 

We have all lived many lives before this one and although we may not remember those lives, sometimes we carry over residue from those lives in the form of ailments, such as unexplained back pain, or phobias about something you have never experienced in this life. By understanding what happened in a past life and a review of these issues directly with your own subconscious, you may be able to find relief. Your subconscious is the storehouse of all of the knowledge that you have gained in this life and all of your past lives. It is also able to communicate with what is often referred to as the Universal Life Source and access the Akashic Records.
