Payment & No-Refund Policy
All sessions and session packages are paid in advance and are non-refundable. This applies to all paid sessions following your free discovery call. When you enroll in a program or book a single session, you're investing in your own progress. I put work and organization into preparing your sessions before you arrive, so this policy reflects that commitment.
Discovery Call
Every new client begins with a free, twenty-minute discovery call. This is how we determine whether hypnosis is right for you, explore what you're dealing with and what you want to resolve or improve, and give you a chance to meet me and decide if you want to proceed. I do not see brand new clients for paid sessions without first conducting this discovery call. I don't want to waste your time or money if we're not a good fit.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
I understand that life happens. Emergencies and unexpected circumstances pop up, and I handle them with flexibility.
Exceptions
Rare circumstances exist that fall outside this policy—serious illness, family emergencies, or unforeseen hardship. If something happens that you believe warrants an exception, reach out, and we can discuss it. But these exceptions are genuinely rare, and I tend to apply this policy fairly strictly.
